Is this a legitimate email address?Yes, do.not.reply@decisionmax.com.au is the email address for Calvary Supplier Central (CSC), the new online portal that Calvary is using to communicate with their suppliers. For more information on CSC please visit our web page: https://www.calvarycare.org.au/about/procurement/. Under the heading “Supplier Updates”, there is a copy of the letter we sent on the 29th of July 2021 – “Introducing Calvary Supplier Central”. Please whitelist the email address do.not.reply@decisionmax.com.au to ensure you receive renewal reminders for your certificates of currency, vaccination statements or credentials so these may be updated in our system. How do I action this request?Where you don’t think a particular type of insurance is applicable to you, please email us at nationalprocurement@calvarycare.org.au and explain why you don’t think it is applicable. Once we confirm that this does not apply to you, we will mark the certificate as “Not Required” in Calvary Supplier Central. Please refer to the table below for the various insurances and when they may are required.
