CCC Student Connect -- SSCCC Monthly Newsletter JANUARY 2020President's MessageHappy New Year! Let me be one of the first to welcome you into the new year! As I reported in December, the SSCCC accomplished much last year and our good work will continue in 2020. But now more than ever we need you, the students, to be involved! The SSCCC March in March is just around the corner—March 19th. Mark your calendars so you can join hundreds of other students march on the State Capitol. Let’s show the legislators what is achievable when students bind our voices together and participate in our government. Register for the event on our website here. If you need help with funding for travel, contact your local associated student body president or your college's Vice President of Student Services. I am excited for what this year has in store for the SSCCC and community college students. I hope you share my excitement! The SSCCC is working tirelessly for you, but we can’t do it alone. Join us!
