New Math Program Presentation Given at General PSO MeetingThe first PSO General Meeting was held this morning and focused on helping our parents understand the new math curriculum this year at BES. Ms. Bittengle and Mrs. Cinnamond were our featured speakers, and they gave a thoughtful and engaging presentation about the new math program. We thank everyone who attended. Below is a PDF version of their presentation for those who were unable to attend or needed a refresher of the topics discussed. We hope this is helpful in your students’ education journey as it relates to math comprehension. Everyone contributed and played so hard. The team started out of the gate with an 8-0 lead. It was then a back and forth game until Braden scored the go-ahead basket with 2 minutes left. Benjamin had a steal and made a layup with 1 minute left to put us ahead by 3, then he made 2 free throws with 20 seconds left to ice the game. The kids were ecstatic! Our BES cheerleaders were also there to support the team. See them perform one of their routines on Monday night here! The Girls basketball team plays tonight at RPDS at 6pm, so come cheer them on.
