This measure has been taken in order to reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and to help keep our community and people safe. Our book chutes are closed but please don’t worry about any overdue items, as all loans have been extended and there will be no fines. BorrowBox - Reduced Wait TimesRedland Libraries are working to reduce waiting times for popular titles on BorrowBox. We have reduced the loan period for BorrowBox items from 14 days to 10 days. This will allow more clients to access popular titles faster. Don’t worry, you can still renew your items if you haven’t read them in 10 days. In fact, we have increased the number of times you can renew your item from two times to four. Start borrowing from BorrowBox today. Recommended eFilms on KanopyFilm streaming service Kanopy provides library members with free access to more than 30,000 films. Children's Programming OnlineDuring the library closure, our Young Peoples team have found an exciting new way to deliver our First Five Forever Children’s programs with you. The same sessions that you know and love, like Story Time and Rhyme Time, are now videos available online. New videos will be added to Facebook and Instagram and you can access these at any time. These fun sessions include rhymes, stories and singing, perfect for children 0-5 years of age. Story Box Library For more stories online try Story Box Library. Children can watch celebrated stories read aloud by wonderful storytellers and then go beyond the stories with activity time ideas.
