For the past 3 years, the Atlanta Hawks have been leading the NBA in the diversity & inclusion space and have spearheaded an annual symposium, MOSAIC  – Model of Shaping of Atlanta through Inclusive Conversations. MOSAIC brings together hundreds of influential Atlantans to engage in conversations and develop solutions on the role that sports leaders play in advancing inclusion in local communities. This year, the 4th MOSAIC will be held at State Farm Arena and the theme encompasses “allyship” and the importance of championing marginalized communities.
