They help set up, check people in at the front desk, and clean up after the dance. Volunteers are responsible for showing up for their shifts on time and checking in with their team coordinator for training and/or instructions. And if you just want to volunteer out of the goodness of your heart, we dearly appreciate it! The final volunteer schedule will be sent out Tuesday night (or Wednesday morning). Please check the schedule carefully to see your name and assigned shift time. If you sign up to volunteer and do not receive an email with the schedule by 12pm noon on Wednesday, please reach out via the email below. Shifts are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis so the sooner you sign up on this google form https://forms.gle/kDM6q3pV1sQB8SKN6, the better the chance of getting the shift time that you want.
