STREAM is incredibly excited to be designing what might be Ithaca's first waterfront mixed-use project to be built since...well, maybe ever? We are very pleased to announce the newest addition to the STREAM team. Chris Parker is a LEED AP and newly registered architect fresh from Hawaii where he spent 8 years designing schools, libraries, and community centers. Chris received his Doctor of Architecture from the University of Hawaii and will be managing many of our commercial projects and making great contributions to our ongoing sustainability efforts.

We are very proud to once again sponsor Historic Ithaca's fall fundraiser featuring a talk by Pulitzer Prize winning-author Alison Lurie. This year the event will be held on October 16th at the recently opened Treman Center. This amazing facility housed in a historic structure was conceived by Kevin Reilly and Leslie Carrère with a little help along the way from STREAM. We hope to see you there!
