Yes, it's true that the possibility of the redevelopment of Lutheran land, including parts of Australian Lutheran College, at North Adelaide is being investigated (read the story). But, even if it does go ahead, it will be quite a while yet before the first sod is turned. So, the ALC boarding facilities are open for business as usual.

ALC is located in historic North Adelaide, within walking distance of Adelaide’s CBD and various tertiary education facilities. It offers full board for 100 students in a caring Christian environment. To reserve a room or to find out more about our residential facilities, please visit Australian Lutheran College or contact our Boarding House Manager, Kristine Leonard, on 08 82677400, email boarding@alc.edu.au

Please promote this message in your congregations and/or forward this email to anyone who has a son or daughter coming to Adelaide to study in 2014.

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITY

When the AFL comes to the redeveloped Adelaide Oval from March, car parking in nearby North Adelaide will be as valuable as gold. The LCA National Office is inviting Adelaide and near-Adelaide congregations, schools and other agencies to run a car-parking facility, utilising the office’s 30 parking spaces, as a fundraiser for their ministry and mission projects. This is offered free of charge by the National Office. Congregations and agencies interested in being on the roster should contact LCA Business Manager Debbie Venz.

ALC TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES 2014

You're never too old to study. ALC has a training opportunity for everybody. Have a look through this list of Higher Education and VET study options, and call ALC for more information if you find something that might be right for you. Please make this notice available to your congregation members, young and old. Read related story.
