Easter Group Fitness and Health Club changes
Easter is the perfect time to hop into the Health Club and ramp up your exercise routine. Most people will eat chocolate or hot cross buns over this festive period and have extra calories to burn off. Many will also have extra days off work – therefore it is the perfect time to make sure the extra calories taken on board over Easter don’t end up on your waistline but are the fuel for additional fun and games.
Group Fitness
Group Fitness classes continue all year round and this Easter we have a fine selection of classes on offer. View our Easter Weekend Group Fitness Timetable.
Small Group Training
Small Group Training sessions will be cancelled on Friday 3 April. Sessions will run as per normal on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 April. Training will be offered at 7am, 8am and 9am on Monday 6 April. Sessions will be cancelled on ANZAC Day on Saturday 25 April.
As Easter directly follows Launch Week you can still expect new moves and music in every class. Grab a workout buddy and come on into a Group Fitness class and have some fun!
