Niagara EMS is proud to announce that emergency medical dispatcher Joanne MacNeil has been awarded the Emergency Medical Services Exemplary Service Medal as part of the Canadian Honours, recognizing her outstanding dedication and leadership in emergency communications. She is among the first group of Ontario’s emergency medical communicators eligible to receive this honour.
