The following additions will be added to auctionevo on Sunday 13th April at approximately 20.00 hours GMT. Please be aware if you are logged into the system around this time this will cause you to be logged off and you may lose information you were entering.

Additions:

• The ability to delete multiple charges from invoices in the debtor/unpaid lists. Resulting in this being a much faster process.
• Ability to email/print a lot from the lot details screen to include the lot number, description and picture to a choosen client.
• Since adding the ability to set a trade sale and add trade buyers we have added the options to filter the client database by trade buyers, show a trade buyer column in the main client database list and also moved the option to set a trade buyer so its more visible in the buyer admin screen.
• We have now enabled the ability to add/remove or edit charges and set an invoice as an export from the unpaid list in Invoice admin.
• An admin option to display the sellers bank details on seller statements.
• Your company registration number field has been added to be displayed on all invoices.
• An admin option to automatically set regular buyer numbers with there given client reference number.
• The ability to create a seperate invoice to show the Buyers premium under your company VAT number when seller on behalf of. 
• Seller portal - The ability to purchase user log in's for your sellers to be able to upload and view their own stock items. Please contact us to hear more.

Improvements:

• Layout of the lot and stock admin screens, a list of the last saved or edited and the lot numbering.
• Invoice formatting - saving space and giving a more professional look.
• Re-write of the quick lot update making this a seamless process updating all or multiple lots.
• A re-write of all importing screens. The general speed and process has been greatly improved.
• Fixes to the stock section.
• Statements - Changed the layout to the statement details pages to match with the invoice changes.
