Linards Jansons - statement about his resignation from the ministry

Dear Pastors,

The July 2015 edition of The Lutheran included the following notice in the Directory on page 18:
The name of Linards V Jansons was removed from the LCA Roll of Pastors on 5 June 2015 by the College of Bishops upon his resignation.

Most pastors already knew of his resignation prior to this notice, although the reasons had not been disclosed.
