YOUR INVITATION TO THE LEGENDARY PACIFIC COAST NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE 2015

We are pleased to invite you to the 2nd Annual Legendary Pacific Coast New Product Showcase to be held at Sydney's delightful Pavilion on The Domain on Thursday 9 July.

The daytime workshop will present 14 new export ready product from established overnight destinations including The Central Coast, Newcastle, Port Stephens, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Byron Bay and The Tweed. The aim is to facilitate new distribution agreements between ITOs and participating suppliers.

The suppliers will be joined by Destination Managers from each overnight destination.

WHO WILL ATTEND?

The supplier partners have been carefully selected based on offering nett rates, great experiences for international visitors and inbound-relevant product information. Our aim is bring this relatively new crop of export ready suppliers to the attention of leading Inbound Tour Operators to develop new distribution and promotion opportunities.

They will be joined by a further four accommodation, tour activities or attraction businesses from The Central Coast and Port Macquarie to be advised in the coming week.

WORKSHOP FORMAT

Running from 10am to 4pm, ITO representatives will be provided with a schedule of up to 21 table top presentations from participating supplier and destination partners. There will be breaks for morning and afternoon tea and we will host a sit-down buffet lunch.

Based on feedback from last year, we have extended the appointment times to 10 minutes to facilitate better quality of discussion between ITO representatives with product contracting responsibilities and suppliers.

ABOUT THE LEGENDARY PACIFIC COAST
