Tankership refused to leave dockside due to corroded pipes

Manifold pipes heavily attacked by corrosion

Due to heavily corroded manifold pipes, tankership was recently refused to leave dockside in Korea. An emergency repair was needed and WENCON DIstributor "World Ocean" was in charge of performing repair of 11 points of pipes with WENCON Rapid. Due to efficient and fast support, the problem was solved within 2 hours, ( working and curingtime ). Vessel was ready to leave terminal shortly after.
