Work to begin on Eighty Eight O'Connell

New life comes to North Adelaide’s old Le Cornu site as construction of the $250m Eighty Eight O’Connell development kicks off. The development - which has been three decades in the making - includes three high-rise apartment towers with specialty shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, commercial offices, consulting rooms and an outdoor plaza.  The design for Eighty Eight O’Connell will enhance the vibrancy of one of the city’s premier streets, bring in new residents, and support businesses in the area. The project is a joint venture between the City of Adelaide and property developer Commercial & General.
