WELCOME - Finally the time has come when we can introduce Grow's newest team member - Pastor Vaughn Spring. Pastor Vaughn will lead the coaching team as we develop and implement our Grow coaching initiative. Pastor Vaughn will also provide theological guidance for the development and review of CYFM resources for the LCA. We have been looking forward to embarking on the next part of this journey with Vaughn and his sharing of his many gifts and talents with you! SEE YOU LATER - It is with sadness that we say 'see you later' to Shannon Schuster. Shannon has been an important part of the Grow team for approximately 12 months and has chosen to step down from her role as Resource Coordinator. Shannon will continue to share her many gifts and talents with Grow in a voluntary capacity. Thank you Shannon for the words of wisdom and encouragement you have shared with us at Grow. We miss your smile in the office but look forward to seeing you soon.

EYRE PENINSULA VISIT

April 25 & 26 saw Vicki Rochow and Adam Morris head to Cummins on the Eyre Peninsula to be part of a Grow Ministries training. Members from a variety of congregations attended to re-think child, youth and family ministry together.

Resource Curator & Congregation Mentor

An exciting opportunity exists for a new team member at GROW!

An  12 month project position with Grow Ministries is now available.  We are seeking an experienced child, youth and family ministry practitioner to provide additional support and breadth to our current Grow Ministries staff team.

The Resource Curator and Congregation Mentor will facilitate the curation of suitable child, youth and family ministers (CYFM) information and online resource content that can be accessed or linked to through the Grow Ministries website.

They will also provide mentoring for congregations in their crossgenerational ministry.

15 hours per week (0.4 FTE). Layworker, Level 2.

12 month contract.

Flexible work location.

Key attributes and skills include
•A practitioner of LCA child, youth and family ministry approaches
•Good time management skills
•Ability to work with minimal supervision
•High level computer skills
