Here’s how you can help: ✔️ Please vote for us right now! You can vote for us four different ways every day. ✔️ Add a daily reminder to your calendar (and include the link!) to vote for the Coalition from now till October 13! ✔️ Forward this message to your family and friends to encourage them to also vote for us! Thanks to Aetna and all the incredible nonprofits doing good work in our community every day. Stand Down is an annual one-day resource fair that connects 600 homeless people with services they need, including healthcare, housing assistance, official IDs, clothing, food, job resources, and more. This year, Stand Down is scheduled for Wednesday, 10/2, and again this year, we are looking for volunteers and donors, including individuals to help with footwashing, general volunteering, and gathering new and gently used washcloths and towels. Click here to learn more. Thanks for your engagement and compassion! We're so grateful for how our donors stepped up last Thursday during Give for Good Louisville! We had 160 donors give over $17,000 in 24 hours. Thanks to you, we unlocked bonus funding from the Community Foundation, fulfilled the entire $2,500 match from White Picket Real Estate, and nearly doubled our goals for both dollars raised and number of donors! With your support, we will work to end homelessness for as many Louisvillians as we can through advocacy, education, and coordination. Thank you! Today through October 13: Vote daily in $20,000 Voices of Health contest! Wednesday, October 2: Volunteer or donate items for Stand Down Thursday, December 19: Give-A-Jam to End Homelessness About UsThe Coalition for the Homeless's mission is to prevent and end homelessness in Louisville through advocacy, education, and the coordination of our 31 member agencies.
