Athletics Update

The Rays flag football team had their final tournament on Sunday at Episcopal School of Jacksonville, and they made us all proud. The BES Black team won their first game against St. Mark's Episcopal Day School and advanced to the quarterfinals. The BES Blue team played hard until the final play against Grace Episcopal Day School. We are so excited for our students as they improved their skills, built friendships, and represented our school with dignity and determination.

The final volleyball tournament will be at JCDS tonight, March 8th.

We will have two teams participating. Beaches 1 will play at 4:30 p.m. and Beaches 2 will play at 5:15 p.m. The winning teams get to keep playing into the championship game.

We will have our annual Teacher-Student Volleyball Game on Friday, March 23rd at 2:15 p.m.

Our next athletic season is soccer. We will play 9v9 against other schools. Registration is open to 4th to 6th Grade boys and girls.

We are also looking for a Soccer Coach for the team. Email Mrs. Novak if you are interested.
