UAFP Family Medicine Day on the Hill 2020

Please join us as we advocate for family medicine! We will provide lunch, a brief legislative tutorial, help you with talking points, and be right by your side the entire day as you engage with your legislators during the 2020 Utah General Legislative Session.

Come meet your own legislators and let them know of the value and importance of family medicine in Utah and discuss legislation that could impact your practice and your patients!

When: Thursday, February 13th, 2020 @ 11:30am – 2:30pm (End time is approximate. You are welcome to leave anytime)

Where: Utah State Capitol – We will start at the Senate Building and then head to the Capitol Building. Detailed map and parking instructions will be emailed out to attendees.

2nd Annual HIV Prevention in Primary Care Conference

Join the Utah AIDS Education and Training Center April 1 - 3, 2020 for the 2nd Annual HIV Prevention in Primary Care Conference! In addition to updating and expanding on topics covered last year for returning providers, the conference will continue to provide basic information regarding HIV prevention and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for new providers. Rural Health Association of Utah Conference

April 10, 2020 at Dixie State University. Rural communities have unique challenges, yet great opportunities to foster partnerships and collaborations for improved health and well-being. Hospitals, Clinics and Providers often need community resources to support their patients to improved health.
