Supply chain workshop

REG recognises that some local authorities are using consultants and contractors to develop their Activity Management Plans (AMPs).

A good AMP for this year’s RLTPs will show a deep understanding of the business case approach built on a strong evidence base.

REG is holding a workshop which will be practically focused on helping consultants and contractors deliver that outcome for their clients.

We will also cover ensuring that AMPs reflect the ONRC, and how the Transport Agency will use the new Investment Assessment Framework to evaluate them.

The workshop will be held at Wellington Airport Conference Centre on 4 May (10am-3pm) and there will be a charge of $200pp (+GST). Numbers are limited.

We strongly recommend that all external providers attend as this is not a business-as-usual year for AMPs.

To register for the workshop please send a registration form to  roadefficiencygroup@nzta.govt.nz
