Your course enrolment is still valid, your coaching accreditation is still valid, your insurance as a coach is still valid. The process of maintaining your coaching accreditation is still the same (attendance at Coach Updates every 3 years, maintaining current First Aid certification, etc.) The process of enrolling into our courses is still the same while we develop a new online Learning Management System to house our content and records – nothing has changed yet, and we will notify you when it does. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via our Contact page, or check out our Frequently Asked Questions page for more info. " AUSSIE KIDS AT A STANDSTILLOver 70% of Australia’s children and 91% of young people are not meeting the national physical activity recommendation or sixty minutes physical activity every day. Unless we become more active, Australian children will live shorter and unhealthier lives than their grandparents. The Active Travel: pathways to a healthy future report recommends a national infrastructure grants program to support and enable all schools, communities and local governments to address the barriers to active travel that affect individual school communities. VOLUNTEER NEEDED FOR WEGVolunteer inquiries are currently being accepted for the FEI World Equestrian Games™ Tryon 2018 (WEG). Expected to be the largest sporting event in North America in 2018, the Games will be held in Tryon on September 11-23. ![]() NEW PATHWAY DEVELOPMENTYou would be aware that Alison Gestier recently left her role of Pathways Manager – Coaches with Equestrian Australia. Alison did a great job in bringing together experts across our coaching community to build a new Coach Pathway framework and revisit and refresh the content of our various coaching programs. Although this position is currently vacant, the new Coach Pathway development will continue. Our Working Parties will continue to work on refining and perfecting the content of the coaching modules so we can present to our community the best Coaching Pathway in Australia. EA will continue to communicate with all coaches and members as we progress.
