Join Mark Hix and Rob Corbett, owner of the boutique Castlewood vineyard, for a special evening of British sparkling wine and food pairing on 29th November at 7pm at HIX Oyster & Fish House.
Celebrating our passion for the South West’s seasonal produce, guests will enjoy a four course meal with exclusive and limited edition sparkling wines to match with plenty of time to chat to our hosts throughout the evening.
Alongside tastings of these incredible wines, this one-off evening will celebrate the launch of Castlewood’s latest NV Cuvée which is made from old English traditional varieties.
This event is the first in a series of Meet the Producer dinners which will continue into the new year, celebrating the fantastic food and drink, grown or produced right on our doorstep in Dorset.
