To help communities be green and resilient, Niagara Region is proud to be participating in Waste Reduction Week, a national campaign that raises awareness about the importance of reducing waste and encourages people to take action in their communities.

These activities support Niagara Region's new long-term Waste Management Strategy by promoting reduction and diversion of waste materials from Regional landfill sites.
