We Say Lycopersicon Esculentum, You Say Tasty

Homesteading Workshops

Learn the basics of preserving lycopersicons, a/k/a the succulent tomato, and boiling-water-bath canning with Food in Jars cookbook author Marisa McClellan. She’ll walk you through the steps of prepping, packing and preserving whole peeled tomatoes.
