To: All contractors visiting Aged Care Facilities in South Australia

Dear valued contractor,
This is a courtesy notice that as of the 10th of September, SA Health requires that everyone visiting an aged care facility in South Australia (SA) must use the COVID-19 QR Code check-in each time when entering the facility.
The QR Code is now part of Calvary's Zipline system and you will be asked to scan and check- in when following our screening procedure.
Thank you for ensuring that you scan in upon entry.
