There are more weeds and overgrown gardens than ever before so we need as many volunteers as possible! “You’ll beautify an elder neighbor’s yard and garden, and make them so happy. It will mean the world to our members that you took time to help them,” shared our Village Program Manager Rebecca Fogarty. PNA Village members and Phinney Neighborhood Preschool Co-op students grew a beautiful tree art project and planted it in our Blue Building lobby. The week featured tree activities for all ages, and concluded with tree story time for PNPC students and a tree walk led by local plant expert Arthur Lee Jacobson.
