Suicide Prevention for Men

It can be difficult for some men to talk about their stress and emotions, which can sometimes lead to harmful behaviours and thoughts. The Centre for Suicide Prevention has created a suicide prevention campaign for men called Buddy Up. The goal is to encourage men to have real conversations with their peers and support them if they are having thoughts of suicide. This resource includes information on warning signs and tips on how to prevent suicide in men.
