The last month saw several of our businesses celebrated in InDaily's South Australian Business Index 2019 showcasing the state's top 100 companies.

The Western region continues to go from strength to strength in supporting the health care sector. After the recent success of Creating a Local Marketplace - Innovation in Health and Wellbeing, our next event 'Ageing Well in the West' will be held at Woodville Town Hall on 15 October.

 The Western Hospital at Henley Beach is also opening its third operating theatre and now boasts some of the state's most advanced equipment and technology.

If you are a manufacturer or producer, you're invited to attend an Energy Efficiency Masterclass designed to help businesses drive energy costs down while maintaining production.

We'd also love for you to have your say as the City of Charles Sturt are begins consultation on the Woodville Road Streetscape Upgrade project.

Woodville Road Streetscape Upgrade Project

Woodville Road Village “To establish the Woodville Road Precinct as the Civic and Retail Heart of Woodville” Charles Sturt Community

The City of Charles Sturt is currently consulting on the Woodville Road Streetscape Upgrade project. The streetscape upgrade is proposed as three stages:

  • Stage 1: Upgrade Woodville Road Streetscape
  • Stage 2: Potential new development at 67-85 Woodville Road
  • Stage 3: New gateway statement at Port & Woodville Road intersection
