BES students had fun working together to make blankets for needy children. On that day, various grade levels cut and tied together edges to make finished blankets that the school donated to Project Linus, an organization that accepts blankets to give to children who are sick or who may not have access to basic necessities. We are excited about the many opportunities our students will have to engage thoughtfully in this and other wonderful community outreach projects throughout the year, and we thank our parents for supporting their students as they grow into compassionate citizens who see and meet needs around them. BES is currently looking into potential ways for our school community to help the victims of Hurricane Dorian in Abaco and Grand Bahama and will be communicating those details in the weeks to come. Sibling Applications Being Accepted for the 2020-2021 School YearWe hope you're already considering registering other family members for the 2020-2021 school year as we merge with Episcopal School of Jacksonville. We are currently accepting applications, and due to high volume of early applications, we want to encourage families with younger siblings to start the Admission process by turning in an online application through our BES website.
