Starting and finishing at PCYC Beenleigh our 2.5k course winds its way around Dauth Park and the surrounding area. You will have one hour out on the course to do one or 100 laps. Along the way you will take on giant inflatable obstacles, complete fun challenges and activities and laugh…a lot! Why not ‘embRACE the challenge’ and see how many laps you can do in one hour! You can have your own personal goal or set up a team challenge with your friends or colleagues! Join us afterwards at the free family festival open to all. Hosted by Channel 10 sports presenter Jono Williams we have live performances including the powerful voice of Liz Conde and Australia’s biggest upcoming boy band Divine our Destiny! jumping castles, a rock wall, Indigenous Games, a sausage sizzle plus much more! New Gymnastics Program raises the bar!Following a hugely successful first term delivering our new Gymnastics Pathway Program, term two is set to be full of fun and fitness for all. As the largest gymnastics provider in the state, PCYC Queensland’s lifelong gymnastics pathways offer opportunities for all ages and abilities to learn new skills and achieve goals in a fun and friendly environment through KinderGym, Recreational Gymnastics, Performance Gymnastics and Gymsports activities. Our clubs offer a wide range of activities (from boxing, gymnastics and dance to martial arts, basketball and soccer), youth programs, gym+fitness facilities and much more. BTC driving forward to support more learner drivers!Our International award-winning, volunteer driver mentor program, PCYC Braking the Cycle (BTC) is now offered at 42 PCYC clubs across the state. Most recently launching at PCYC Caboolture and PCYC Deception Bay the program continues to achieve fantastic results, helping more than 1,350 young people to obtain their driver’s licence. The program is designed to support learner drivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours. Participants are matched with a volunteer mentor who provides encouragement and helps develop positive road safety attitudes. Interested in joining the program or becoming a mentor? PCYC Queensland is proud to be part of the Townsville Youth Recovery Task Force, established to meet recovery needs of young people in Townsville through the delivery of free activities and programs.
