Food Drive - Sunday, January 19

Let's rally to stock the shelves for our Eastview Bridge Food Pantry this weekend during all 4 services! Please shop, bring your donations and leave them behind your car or drop off in the lower Well.  Click here for a list of needed food items.

Over the winter break, Charmelle Watkins and her team oversaw a huge expansion in The Bridge. We are now offering even more space and quality to our guests!

 In 2013, we served:

  • 4305 Households
  • 13,286 individuals in those households

Every time a person visits the pantry, a host shares the love of Christ one-on-one, the gospel and prayer.

To find out how you can volunteer to be a part of this dynamic ministry that is our biggest on-going outreach, contact Charmelle at 309.838.5574 or charmellewatkins@gmail.com

3rd Monday Night Prayer - January 20

Every 3rd Monday night, we join with our friends at Jesus House to pray for our community.

Many people have mentioned to me, Pastor Lisa, that they want to "DO" things through local outreach in our community.  I'm excited by the enthusiasm of our church to share the gospel through serving!  At the same time, let me take this opportunity to remind you of this truth: Prayer is Action.  If you want to "DO" something for our community, come to Jesus House and pray. If we are not convicted that prayer will do more than our human efforts ever could, we're not in alignment with Scripture.

We believe that the more we pray, the more the Spirit will move, lead, guide and direct us to "what's next" as we partner together to reach the lost.  See you Monday night!

Date: Monday, January 20
Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm
Address: 724 W. Washington, Bloomington, IL

Serve a meal to our single moms

The meal is served from 6:00pm-6:20pm.  If your group is able, we ask that you help sponsor the meal ($100) and have 8+ people come along.
