Amazing Start to the Starfish Fund Campaign!

We are off to an amazing start to our Starfish Fund annual giving campaign! I am honored to say that already we have 100% participation from our teachers and staff! This is our largest fundraiser every year, and all gifts make a significant impact to Beaches Episcopal School and our students.

As you probably read in Mr. and Mrs. Wacaster’s letter last week, tuition only covers 87% of our school’s operating budget. The remaining 13% comes from the generous donations from parents, grandparents, and special friends of the school.

So please consider donating today and help us to meet and exceed our $75,000 goal! All gifts are tax deductible, and to make giving easy, you can donate and pledge online below.

Thank you for investing in the future of our students…Be the one…make the difference.

GORUCK Teamwork Event Coming to BES in November

Dear Parents,

In the coming weeks, you are going to hear more about a teamwork challenge event for our students hosted by GORUCK (founded by parents Jason and Emily McCarthy). It is designed to create a team building experience centered on the shared values of Beaches Episcopal School and the U.S. Special Forces.

This event will be held on Friday, November 3rd and be led by an experienced combat veteran of Special Operations. The children will complete light physical and mental challenges as teams. These challenges will reinforce the BES Honor Code, which is to uphold the values of respect, integrity, and responsibility.

We look forward to sharing more about this event in the near future.
