We've been a little quiet this summer. While we enjoy putting out Newsletters and love hearing back from all of our readers, we have been busy! Nashville is booming and everyone here at Allard Ward is grateful to be a part of it. While we did spend a lot of time at the drawing board this summer, it wasn't ALL work...

This August marked a year of having SMACK SONGS in the building at 1618 16th Ave. To celebrate, we held a building-wide "meeting" complete with food, beer, and a good competitive game of cornhole. 

Allard Ward Architects and Dreaminc. were recognized for the renovation and additon to 2812 Oakland. The 39th Annual Historic Preservation Awards were held back in May and honored the project in the Residential category. For more images, check out Houzz and Dreaminc.'s website.

Our very own Michael Ward (and his house) were featured in Nashville Lifestyles this summer. Michael Ward and David Taylor have been restoring, adding on to, and caring for the home for over 20 years.
