I found this little quote and it made me think. We learn from a young age in Sunday School etc. how much God loves us, but do we stop and let that love trickle down into our hearts and REALLY know how MUCH He loves us? Take a moment to feel that love today!

TRAINING OPPORTUNITY

This two-day training will help you learn more about the paradigm behind the ministry of Faith Inkubators and how to use their unique resources designed to engage young people and parents in ministry together.

20 - 21 October / Lutheran Laypersons League (LLL) / 175 Archer Street / North Adelaide

This training is for newcomers to this system OR for teams that would like to be part of a support network to encourage and inspire each other.

PRESENTERS

Jodi Brook
Jodi is the Grow Ministries National Director and brings many years of ministry experience to this training event. Jodi has a passion for educating and supporting Christian parents and is an accredited parent educator. Jodi has been involved in incubating faith in her home and in her congregation and has been part of their Head to Heart program and helps to lead several Faith Stepping Stones. Jodi attended intensive Faith Inkubators training in the USA in 2010 and has assisted with Faith Inkubators training in Australia ever since. Jodi is married to Andrew and is mum to her three teenage children, Henri (19), Emilia (17), and Thomas (15).

Monty Lysne
Monty Lysne was the National Director of Youth and Family Ministries for Faith Inkubators USA for ten years, specialising in training and equipping pastors, lay workers, and parents in Head to the Heart Confirmation ministry. He is now the Director of Discipleship Ministries at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Loxton, SA, and is enjoying his three-year Australian adventure with his wife Tracy, and daughters Mya, Morgan, and twins Molly and Mirra.

GOOD FRIDAY -This is a photo of our Lent display in church.  The interpretation is basically – life is dead without Christ.

EASTER SUNDAY - Note the Cross has now been set up with the cardboard shapes from our Lent/Easter GIFT service event.  God also provided me with branches that had little buds of new life – How good is He!
