Update on AtlasBI

Since releasing the new AtlasBI analytics dashboards to all of our hosted Aeon users in May, we have received a lot of great feedback. We’ve been working with institutions to customize the dashboards to meet their specific needs.

Some of the tweaks we’ve made for sites are:

  • fiscal year drop-down parameters
  • a new dashboard to show scheduled visitors for upcoming weekdays
  • filtering out any “stub accounts” from user analytics (incomplete registrations)

We are wrapping up development on a new release for AtlasBI with a few extra features. Those updates will be announced in advance and won’t affect your existing dashboards.

We continue to explore ways to improve AtlasBI to make it easy for you to access and use the data you need. We greatly appreciate your feedback as we continue AtlasBI development.  Please let us know how you are using AtlasBI by contacting us at support@atlas-sys.com.

ArchivesSpace Members Forum

The fourth ArchivesSpace Members Forum was held on August 14, 2018 during the annual meeting of the Society of American Archivists in Washington, D.C., at the historic Josephine Butler Parks Center, otherwise known as the ‘Embassy of the Earth.’ Anne Marie Lyons, Training and Library Solutions Consultant, represented Atlas Systems at the Forum and filed this report detailing some highlights of the presentations and lovely photos of the venue.

You can view the program and presentation slides at archivesspace.atlassian.net.

In addition, Atlas Systems’ recordings of the session can be viewed in the Video Training Library.
