Dear Parents/Carers and Students,

I understand that there is some confusion and concern with the senior students' requirements for BSSS.

JPC students are fortunate as the ACT BSSS has a school based assessment approach to senior years and here at JPC the senior students are already well established with independent learning. JPC will be able to have a smooth transition to online learning which best suits the students' individual subjects.

ILT for this week is up on Moodle and students are required to be actively learning and submitting their work as per normal. Students are able to email their teacher (must use school email ONLY) for assistance.

We have received a number of emails from parents asking lots of questions, and at this point we are unable to reply to individuals' questions. We will shortly be sending out detailed information about how the school will be managing attendance and assessment to ensure senior students are meeting BSSS requirements. Please be assured that no student will be penalised for not attending school at this time.
