The transitional arrangements require the registered NDIS provider to notify the NDIS Commission about the plan by 28 February 2021 (unless the Commissioner allows it to be submitted by a later date) using the section 26 notification form. This is a registration condition. If the notification is not submitted to the NDIS Commission by the deadline the transitional arrangements will stop applying.
