TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter is Antipodeans Abroad Pty Ltd ABN 66 051 363 387, Level 3, 182 Blues Point Road, McMahons Point, NSW 2060 (‘Promoter’).
2. Entry is only open to entrants who are Australian or New Zealand residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 1 November 2015 and closes at 12.00pm AEST on 15 December 2015 (‘Promotion Period’).
4. The Promotional period and Offer applies to bookings made for travel on a UniBreak placement commencing 26th June 2016.
5. The Offer can only be applied to new bookings made during the promotional period. Under no circumstances will the Offer be applied to existing bookings.
6. Trips and departures listed may change or be withdrawn at any time, with all Offers strictly subject to availability.
7. A deposit of AUD $500 is required at the time of booking. The booking form must quote the promotion code of ‘2016for2015’.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
9. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the Internet or telecommunications services.
10. Full payment of the placement fee is due 60 days prior to travel. If full payment is not received by this date, the Offer will not be applied and standard 2016 pricing will apply.
11. There will be no extensions to the travel, booking or payment periods listed above.
12. As outlined in the Antipodeans Booking Conditions, travel insurance is compulsory for all Antipodeans travellers and should be taken out prior to or at the time of booking. Please see the Booking Conditions for more details in this regard.
13. In order to participate in this promotion the Promoter will collect your name, e-mail address, region, and telephone number. The purpose for collecting this personal information is to enable the Promoter to administer the promotion. By entering this promotion you agree that the Promoters may use the aggregate information collected from the competition for related research and marketing purposes.
