Celebrate Czech culture and food in the Kolache Capital of Texas. Washington County Fair

The oldest county fair in Texas celebrates its 153rd iteration with all kinds of competitions from a barbecue cookoff to a greased pig contest to a washer tournament; fair attractions including a trail ride, parade, and petting zoo; an antique farm equipment display; a carnival; and a rodeo. Come hungry because funnel cakes and jumbo corn dogs are just a couple of the food offerings.
