National Wireless Safety Alliance to Present at
NATE UNITE 2026:
“Prepping for the NWSA Exam”

(Salt Lake City, UT) – The National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) will host a focused informational session, “Prepping for the NWSA Exam,” on Tuesday, February 24 from 5:30–6:00 p.m., during NATE UNITE 2026, being held in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This 30-minute session is designed for any individual interested in pursuing NWSA certification, including first-time candidates, recertifying technicians, and those seeking a clearer understanding of the certification process. The session will provide practical guidance on how to effectively use the NWSA Candidate Handbook to prepare for the exam.

The session will be led by NWSA program leaders who work directly with certification development, exam management, and program integrity:

  • Jaclyn Mangum, Associate Director of Program Management
     
  • Francesca Zinkovitch, Exam Management & Credentialing Manager
     
  • Adam Drieling, Program Integrity Coordinator

Together, the presenters will explain how exam content is developed through Job Task Analysis (JTA), how the Candidate Handbook should be used, and best practices for preparing for an NWSA exam.

“This session is about helping candidates prepare with clarity and confidence,” said Jaclyn Mangum, Associate Director of Program Management at NWSA. “We want anyone considering NWSA certification to understand how the process works and how to use the tools we provide.”
