FREE Business Support Helpline The City of Charles Sturt in conjunction with the City of Port Adelaide Enfield and the Adelaide Business Hub are continuing the FREE Business Support Helpline as a first response support service for our small businesses. Rate Relief - Rebates & Concessions If you have you been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis though a loss of employment or your business has been forced to close or restrict activities due to State or Federal government restrictions, you may be entitled to rate relief. Small Business Support Grants Small businesses and not-for-profits impacted by COVID-19 restrictions may be eligible for the State Government’s second round of cash grants.
