What Happened to the Cupola?

Rain is great - when it stays outside! That's what we've been dealing with this fall here at Pioneer. After some on-the-roof investigation, it was discovered the likely cause is from around the cupola.

You may have noticed while driving past the church this week, that the cupola (and steeple) have been removed from atop the church. A temporary solution to the leak is being put in place until a more permanent roof repair can be completed in the future.

Soup for Students

Let’s give some bowls of love to students during finals week. We need commitments for 25 pots of soup and some cookies or bread. We also need volunteers to help clean up after the event. Let us know by December 6 if you can help by calling Lailane Legoh at 269.471.3543.

The PMC office will be closed Wednesday through Friday (November 22–24) for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will re-open at 8:00 AM on Monday, November 27, and look forward to serving you.

Directory Photos

For those who wish to appear in the Pioneer Pictorial Directory and did not have a picture taken by the LifeTouch photographers, you can still be included!

The photo (with everyone in the photo identified) must be dropped off at the church office or e-mailed to nowack@andrews.edu. The photo must be accompanied (even if emailed) by a release form (if the picture is commercially produced). Each picture to be added to the directory must be also accompanied by $10. Please make your checks out to "Lifetouch." The deadline for submission of all three items: photo, photo release, and $10 fee is Monday, December 4, 2017. All three items must be submitted for the picture to be included in the directory.

Help us make this directory complete. It won't be the same without you! We want to make this a complete representation of our church family. We invite you to be a part of it.
