Dear Grassroots Partners,

We can't do it without YOU. Thousands of women in Pennsylvania know they are not alone in their breast cancer fight because of YOU. You have touched lives and benefited individuals and families in ways that cannot possibly be described. Our united vision is to find a cure for breast cancer now... so our daughters won't have to. As we celebrate our 25th Anniversary in 2018, our vision has not changed; it has only illuminated the path that pushes us forward each and every day.

Here's what YOU did in 2017....

From all of us at the PA Breast Cancer Coalition, we cannot thank you enough for the investment you have made in our organization and the women and families that we serve.

Advocate. Mother of 4. Survivor.

Molly Lutton of Franklin County was 33 and pregnant with her 4th child when she found out she had breast cancer. Her story is one of true strength and perseverance. The PBCC was lucky enough to sit down with Molly and listen to her courageous journey with breast cancer.

Blood Test Could Predict Likeliness of Breast Cancer Recurrence

A blood test may be able to detect which breast cancers will come back. Researchers at Montefiore Einstein Center for Cancer Care in New York used liquid biopsies and tracked cancer patients over the course of several years. Those who tested negative had a 98 percent chance of remaining cancer free for two years following the test. Experts like previous PBCC Conference presenter Dr. Massimo Cristofanilli, are sounding off on the prelimirary study results.
