It is my sincere hope that you spend this Thanksgiving relaxing with loved ones soaking in the warmth of all you have to be thankful for. 

I am grateful for so much beginning with the freedoms we enjoy in this country, our fellow citizens who volunteer to go into harm’s way to keep us safe and dear friends and family with whom to share laughter, good times, and a few tears from time to time.

And I am also thankful for the weather around here and the fact that we get to play in the most beautiful natural setting.  I appreciate my fellow racers, cruisers and our club’s seasoned and new members. 

Each of you brings fun, energy, creativity and a tireless volunteer spirit to our little community.  Sue and I are very thankful for the experiences we’ve had at Sequoia and look forward to joyful memories to come.

So please join us Thursday in lifting a glass to all we have to be thankful for and enjoy the time off.

And to those of you joining us on Angel Island this weekend – I can hardly wait!
