Donate Gently Used Lands' End Uniforms Through End of School Year for Uniform Sale in August

BES parents,

We encourage you to donate your students' gently used, washed Lands' End uniform items to the school before the end of the school year or during summer camp. Bins will be located in Stormes Hall and McCormick Hall. We will then place those items in the Used Uniform Sale during Orientation on Monday, August 14th in the Movement Room for new or existing parents to purchase. Thank you in advance for your generosity!

BES Summer Camp Filling Up! Register Now!

If you're considering where to put your students for Summer Camp, now is the time to sign up for the best program in Jacksonville! Register your students now for 2017 BES Summer Camp! Rising PreK4 through sixth grade students will "Live the Adventure" as they experience an enormous variety of exciting activities centered around amazing themes for each week of camp.

Morning Only (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) and Full Day (9:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.) programs will be available for each week of camp.

BES Summer Camp 2017 Weeks:
June 12-16, June 19-23, July 10-14, July 17-21

Each week will feature activities based on a theme (Under the Sea, Princesses and Superheroes, Ooey Gooey Fun, and The Mighty Jungle) in the areas of Art, Cooking, Science, and Games. Discounts will be offered to Beaches Episcopal School students, and you can register week by week if you prefer.

Athletics Update

The 3rd Annual Rays Athletic Banquet will be on Monday, May 15th from 5:30- 7:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall of Stormes Hall. Celebrate our BES ahletes for all their dedication and hard work during the 2016-2017 school year! Look for your invitation on email.

The Rays soccer team had a fantastic game on Tuesday. They played together as a team and won 8-0! Goals were scored by Wyatt, LillieBeth, Pierce, Ethan (2) and Diego (3). Great job to all! Our next game will be Tuesday at JCDS.

ChurchChat: News from St. Paul's by-the-Sea Episcopal Church

SPBTS is thrilled to announce a new service that they will be rolling out on Sunday, May 7th at 11:30 a.m. We’re calling it the “Sandals, Shorts, and Steel Drums Service.” Starting on May 7th, we will have these services every Sunday at 11:30 a.m. Come in your sandals and shorts, enjoy wonderful steel drum music, and participate in a casual worship service!

The SPBTS weekly Chair Yoga class meets on Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. in the nursery over at the church. This class is open to everyone, and all skill levels are encouraged to attend! 

Youth Bible Study is offered for 6th-12th grade students on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. at The Youth House. We hope your children will join us!

Adult Bible Study is also available at 9:30 a.m. followed by Communion at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesdays. For more information, please contact the church office.
