Dynacare continues to experience higher than normal volumes. In order to reduce delays, the following process changes will be implemented.
When submitting an electronic life application (Fast & Full):
All requests for PHI’s will be done via a paramed when PHI and vitals, UHIV or blood profile are required. This will be done automatically and there is no action required on your part.
When the only requirement is a non-medical you still have a choice to order a PHI as you normally would.
To speed up the Fast & Full process another option available to you is to complete the Electronic Health Questionnaire.
Paper Applications will not be impacted by this change.
