Hey Y'all! Remember me?

I know, I know. I'm the worst. It's been so long since I sent anything out to you—I hope you'll forgive me?

It's been a bonkers week this week, at least for me, and I figured that there was nothing better to ground myself in than to come back to old habits and practices. There've been a ton of great pieces that came out this week that I want to make sure get the light and attention they deserve—plus, how important is self-care in a week like this?

Remember to give yourself the space that you need away from the emotions of others—maybe even away from your computer or smart phone—so that you can recuperate and be your best self. Both to yourself and those around you!
