Incorporating prayer into our daily lives

Day 2: Incorporating Prayer Into Your Daily Life

Welcome to Day Two of our 10 Day Spiritual Journey. Today we look at opportunities to pray more during lockdown.

You may already start and end your day with prayer. But there are many more ways in which we can introduce prayer into our daily lives. Today, Rev Caroline Downs, Parish of Cathays, shares two prayers that have brought her comfort over the last few months.

Firstly, Rev Caroline invites us to pray while we wash our hands - an activity we are all doing much more of lately. Then we are invited to pray for others as we put on our facial coverings - a prayer originally written by The Right Reverend Richard Bott, United Church of Canada.

We invite you to share your experience on our Facebook Page or tag us in a tweet @LlandaffDio

When you're ready, press play to begin.
