Jacqui Rayment, Lord Mayor of Southampton:
“It was lovely to be at the Maritime UK Solent Awards 22, I was delighted to see Datum winning 2 awards, an excellent result for them as they represent one of the best companies in the industry. In a tight field on the night, they were worthy winners, we are lucky to have such a thriving Maritimes industry strategically located along the south coast, and I wish them all the best going forward.”

Barrier-Free Boating
During the recent Maritime UK Solent Awards ceremony we heard from Geoff Holt, MBE, DL about the Wetwheels foundation and witnessed an inspiring video about the work the foundation does.
We decided to make a pledge to the foundation for all the great work they are doing. The Wetwheels Foundation helps disabled and disadvantaged people of all ages in providing access to the water with safe, barrier-free, enriching experiences.

World Record Torque
We have been working hard on the world's largest torque measurement system, designed and manufactured at our headquarters on the Isle of Wight. It will be used to measure the torque of the largest test rig in the world and will be deployed in an industry that we are well established in. Watch our social feeds to keep up to date with this incredible journey. 🙌
