Dear Resident Family Member,

RE: IMPORTANT UPDATE – Positive COVID-19 case identified at Calvary Haydon Retirement Community

As part of Calvary’s COVID-19 Outbreak Management Plan (OMP), the facility’s phone main phone line has been diverted to a call centre to manage family calls.

Unfortunately, all Calvary Haydon Retirement Community phone lines, including those of residents, were initially diverted in error to our call centre. This issue has now been resolved and personal resident phone lines should now be open to outside calls.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this issue. Please be assured our staff are working to keep all residents safe at this difficult time and we appreciate your patience.
